Accept your spot by signing a lease
We’ll send you an e-lease to review along with a link to pay your security deposit. That’s all you need to do to lock in your spot.
After confirming your spot, we will organize times to meet other tenants and find a good roommate if you are in a double room.

In a time when so many crave human connection, we are grateful to be able to provide a safe space for our residents to build community during Covid-19. We have implemented numerous policies to help keep the home healthy, which you can read about in our FAQ. We are dedicated to ensuring the house is not only safe for those who live here, but a place that provides nurturing support as we all navigate the grief, uncertainty, and anxiety during these times.
