Dreamer turned Doer in Search of Healthy and Happy
Manas means inner instrument, or mind, in Sanskrit. Appropriately, Manas Rajaram is deeply passionate about exploring connections between the mind and the body that influence health, happiness and positive change. Manas is currently an honors student at Penn State studying Marketing and Information Sciences while she moonlights as an underqualified-inventor/overqualified-day-dreamer. Currently, she's exploring how to make sitting for 8 hours a day at work less awful for your body and your mind, and how incorporating wellness routines in your daily life can impact not only your health but also your productivity.
As a certified yoga teacher, Manas is always interested in practicing and sharing her cultural and spiritual knowledge, and is an undying idealist, optimist and knowledge-seeker. In her free-time, Manas enjoys hiking, being outdoors, and good conversation.
