Laurel Petrulionis is a politically motivated masters student at Penn State's school of international affairs. She focuses on conflict resolution and negotiation, as well as German and Eastern Europe area studies. In her undergraduate, she focused on international agricultural policy. She has been involved in many political organizations in her time in State College, including serving a term as the Student Representative to the Borough Council in 2012, and as the Chair of the Committee on Governmental Affairs for the undergraduate student government. She is a certified parliamentarian, and enjoys adventure recreation in her free time. She hopes to pursue a career in international agricultural policy after college with the ultimate goal of figuring out how to feed the world in the era of climate change.
