How do I apply and what does it cost?
So you’re intrigued…great! Applications are open every September and include an application form with short answers and an in-person interview. All tenants pay rent and buy a meal plan. Students pay a reasonable program fee as well. Learn more…

What is the co.space and how will it improve my child’s success?

The co.space is an opportunity for your son or daughter (and future world-changer) to be surrounded by the mentors, connections and tools needed to find a meaningful job upon graduation. What’s the costs involved for my child?

Students pay $550/month for rent and $1200/year for a program fee. The house has an in-house chef which is an additional cost of $1750/semester. For a full breakdown and further details, please view here.

What does the co.space do and how does it improve our community and university?

The co.space provides innovative and collaborative housing to students and young professionals. We are designed to bridge the efforts happening between universities and local communities. As an innovative home for millennials, we attract creative young professionals to communities that otherwise suffer from brain-drain.
